Important Health and Social care for Ukraine!! 😀😀

Meanwhile the politicians line their pockets every way they can 🤬
This Government is a disgrace, it needs to reverse it’s decision to “consult” and then close community hospitals up and down the country, many of which are perfectly capable of dealing with minor injuries, out of hours care needs, and grandma who just broke her hip or had a stroke, which in turn eases the pressure on major units and bed blocking.
19 percent pay rise is not reasonable? the situation and working environment for healthcare worker nowadays is totally different before COVID pandemic, they take a very high risk maybe anytime lost their life due to virus infection during work. Government only care about their budget, who care about people’s life?…((
What going on strike ultimately amounts to is, ‘If I don’t get my own way, I will start sabotaging society until my demands are met.’ When people treat me like that, my immediate action is to try and work out a way of not needing those people, so that in future when they start engaging in that behaviour I can just tell them to go ahead and destroy themselves and I will not be affected.
The point of the strikes has completely gone over your head 😂 you are clueless about the state of the NHS and happy for it to be privatised and we get to pay for our healthcare yay!
@B Q Well, if they keep going on strike, more and more people will look to private healthcare because at least the employees can be trusted not to randomly stop working. That is the truth of it. And eventually, once enough people have done that, voters will demand an end to public healthcare if most of them aren’t using it, and there goes the NHS. Strikers, unintentionally, destroy their own workplaces.
Give pay rise to those that stayed at work
