    1. this is such an incredible interview and I keep sharing it with people, but I have to say that I don’t think the negative title is really a match to the message— and kind of makes me cringe to share it! Some folks I’ve shared it with shared that they would have scrolled past it because the title was discouraging, which the episode is not. It does help that it says “and how to fix it”

  2. 100 percent agree and witness this with friends . We are also supposed to play , keep doing the things we have always like to do , never stop moving unless when sleeping the 8 to 9 hours a day for hormonal , brain and body repair. I take vitamins and never take medication 54 and a zero Calcium Score in heart , I eat clean , natural and Organic , cook 90 percent of all my foods fresh , and the main minerals and vitamins including kelp for thyroid. , Soy and sunflower lecithin t bedtime , omega 3 olive oil with all cooking. . My friends are all miserable and refuse to change lifestyle. I have stength trained / natural bodybuilding since 1988 3 to 5 days a .week through today.

  3. She needs to get off the environmental damage narrative. Farming in this country is very efficient. Fertilizers and pesticides are very expensive and practically all of it goes directly where it is needed. The run off into the rivers and lakes is an old canard that is always dragged up but that is rare and even if a fraction of fertilizer did go into the lakes, this would in most cases be beneficial. Most people don’t know that in most cases lakes, rivers and aquatic life would benefit from some fertilizer. In fact, estates with well managed pond systems usually fertilize them some throughout the warmer times of the year.
