The surgery was a success, but another blood clot formed the next day. This second blood clot necessitated a second round of surgery, during which it was revealed that Sinbad’s brain was swelling. The comedian was then rushed to another hospital, where brain surgery was formed. He was put into an induced coma and woke up several weeks later.
