      Btw, very good video! Only yesterday the pharmacists called about my Synthroid and Glucophage pills refills and asked a few questions about my meals and improvements. I told him that am eating low carb: lots of mixed green salads and steamed mixed vegetables with some meat and seafood, mostly salmon but am losing too much weight.
      He advised me to eat more meat so I’ll be doing just that as I’m now, more confident after watching your video. Thanks again and God bless πŸ™ ❀

  1. I like this video because you talk about the things we need that are in meat. I am over 50 and there are alot of women advocating for high fat lower protein on carnivore. My a1-c went up on carnivore but I wonder if it’s because my red blood cells may have lived longer. My hair is thicker. I am really a little afraid to cut back on protein. I have been carnivore 7months before that keto 11 mos

  2. Meat is a must in a diet, or both the body and brain aren’t fed proper nutrition. I’m not going to debate this, as you can ask any doctor how veganites are pouring into doctors’ offices suffering from all sorts of malnutrition based conditions these days. As for favorite meats, I’m a beef and chicken person, mainly, but I use ground lamb when I make my gyro meat. Let me add that I like mostly Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine, which I make myself, so there are also lots of spices in my food. Spices haven’t been promoted enough in the Western world for their health benefits. ALL spices are GOOD for you. People really don’t understand how much they can make one’s body healthy. We really need to look into spices more.
