What do you think of Amber O’Hearn saying that we (mostly females) should be eating 80% fat, 18% protein and 2% other? I saw that Bella (Steak and Butter) is eating a stick of butter a day. And Kelly Hogan ate 80% fat for 5 months and her latest lab #s improved.
Mike I am 60 & retired. I love your content. I read everyday research science reports & books both fiction/nonfiction. Do crossword puzzles, breathing exercise, cold showers…resistance training 3x wk & cycle or walk 3 miles 2x wk. I keep busy & have lots of energy that my 40-50ish yr old friends are always tired. I don’t want to rust my insides.
Fiber intake and all cause mortality meta analysis is the best longevity hack to look up

Two of my big takeaways from cadaver laboratories were that A) Alzheimer’s results in a distinct tissue smell like none other, and B) this smell permeates every cell of the body (cadaver, in these cases). Not only is Alzheimer’s a neurologically catastrophic event, but also a chemically catastrophic event in every cell of the body.
Big Mike!!… always love your videos man! But there was so much information here that I feel like I need to watch it twice! Awesome video!
Fat free foods are bad, fat is good for you.
I would speculate that those who are being negative about the positive things you are recommending and being positive about the negative things you are pointing out are being paid by some evil corrupt organization.
1:10 I’m a 63 year old retiree, and my brain plan is learn a new language ever three years, play chess and scrabble, play music and practice art, and learn semi-complex new physical skills, such as jiu jitsu and mountain biking. For my limbic brain, I practice yoga, meditate, and work my body control/parasympathetic system. Ask me in 45 years if it worked. : )
Dr. Mark Hyman demonizes dairy. I stopped listening to that guy because I don’t think he knows what he is talking about.
Well it depends on the person. My dairy allergies are so bad the only probiotics that work are soil based spore baccillus. Lactobacillus and bifodobacterium are toxic to my GI and immune system.
My grandma says “use it or lose it!” She’s overweight, but very active, mentally sharp and in her lates 80s. She does puzzles, stays social with church and grew up on a farm.
The music is distracting. Trying to listen over the music has me thinking, “why?”
Mike, Joseph Mercola and a Tucker Goodrich had a great interview discussing Linoleic acid causing oxidation of our LDL particles. Their conversation was multi-faceted and used US Government data discussing the down sides of Seed Oils. This being the reason why our LDL oxidations and creates arterial plaque. Please give them a look and read into it so we have your perspective. Thank you
On the headphones you’re both speaking in a very pleasant voice, sounding calm and present. On the screen we see not even an outline page of notes. Brain engaged, fully present.
