  1. 1:10 I’m a 63 year old retiree, and my brain plan is learn a new language ever three years, play chess and scrabble, play music and practice art, and learn semi-complex new physical skills, such as jiu jitsu and mountain biking. For my limbic brain, I practice yoga, meditate, and work my body control/parasympathetic system. Ask me in 45 years if it worked. : )
