The reality is the nhs is mismanaged e money doesn’t get where it needs to councils don’t make sure people have suitable accommodation ie a young person lives in a 2-6th floor flat then has a stroke, car crash so on.. council don’t make alternate housing search a priority and leave them in the unsuitable accommodation which they then need to be lifted in and out of my a seated stretcher by ambulance crews and so on.
