  1. Thank you Dr.Mandell for your advices. I want to ask you about Keto diet with low carb. You are not allowed yo eat fruits and vegetables
    Only tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado
    and few other with very low carb snd of course no sugar at all.
    Is that good for the health? eating only meat and some vegetables?
    I really appreciate your opinion
